5. Delivery & Risk Transfer

5.3 Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and to RAJTRONICS within 48 hours.

Failure to report damage within the stipulated time may result in rejection of claims.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

6.1 If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
6.2 Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts may be cancelled, and refund (if applicable) shall be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

7. Installation & Handling

7.1 Certain appliances may require professional installation.
7.2 Installation services, if applicable, shall be governed by separate terms and may involve additional charges.
7.3 RAJTRONICS shall not be liable for damages caused due to improper self-installation.

RAJTRONICS shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, regulatory actions, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen logistical constraints.

9. GST & Legal Compliance

All shipments and invoices shall comply with applicable GST laws and statutory regulations.
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant consumer protection laws.
