Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation, return, and refund process for products purchased from RAJTRONICS (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated herein.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by submitting a written request through our official contact channels.
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges, if any.
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Such orders will be governed under the Return Policy section below.
RAJTRONICS reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of:
- Pricing errors
- Product unavailability
- Payment verification failure
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
2. Return Policy
2.1 Returns shall be accepted only in cases where:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The wrong product has been delivered
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect
2.2 The customer must notify RAJTRONICS within 48 hours of delivery along with:
- Clear photographs or video proof
- Invoice copy
- Packaging condition details
2.3 Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and invoice copies.
2.4 Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse shall not be eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:
- Installed appliances
- Customized or special-order products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased under clearance or special discount schemes
4. Refund Process
4.1 Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds shall be processed within 7–10 business days.
4.2 Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer upon submission of valid bank details.
4.4 Shipping charges, installation charges, and handling fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to company error.
5. Warranty Claims
Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be serviced directly through the authorized service center unless otherwise specified.
RAJTRONICS acts as a distributor/seller and shall not be liable beyond the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer.
6. GST & Compliance
Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed in compliance with prevailing GST laws and tax regulations. Any issued tax invoice adjustments shall be made as per statutory requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
RAJTRONICS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use, delay, or refund processing beyond reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable GST laws, and other relevant regulations.
